2. How do I place a Custom order? To place a custom order, please submit a 'Custom Order Request' form. Once received, we will reach out within 48 hours to gather additional details, finalize a game plan, and provide an ETA. After payment is completed, we'll start working on your order.

3. What is the processing time for Custom orders? Custom orders have a processing time of 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely delivery.

4. What is the processing time for Pre-Orders? The processing time for Pre-orders depends on a number of factors such as, supplies, inventory, and batch production time. although I cant give a rough estimate, it could take anywhere from 48 hours to 2 weeks.

5. Can I pick a specific design/figurine? No, all jars are picked at random. The only choice you'll have to make is what size jar you want to add to your collection.

6. How can I track my order? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to track the progress of your shipment and know when to expect delivery.

7. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order? If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
